Destroyed in Iraq when landed on a runway that was undergoing maintenance. A large section of the runway had been cut out. When the aircraft dropped into the pit it hit the other side and sheered a large chunk of the belly. Fortunately the entire crew survived.

Emergency landing shortly after takeoff from Baghdad. Landed in an empty field with all four engines lost. On touchdown, two undercarriage leggs seperated and the other main gear forced up into the fuselage causing sevre damage to the floor. Entire crew survived. A USAF explosive team from the 447th AEG destroed the aircraft on July 7, 2008 after all usable parts were removed.

Starboard undercarriage failed to deploy during approach to Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico. Starboard wing was damaged and fire broke out in number 4 engine. Aircraft attempted to land on foamed runway, but departed into the grass. Was repaired shortly after. Also reported as June 21st.
