Written-off after ground fire at Pope AFB. Some of the wreck was salvaged to become a loadmaster trainer at Pope AFB.

Fuel tank explosion on approach to Incirlik AB, Turkey. Was bout 15 kilometers west of the base. Crashed and consequently killed all 18 on board.

An internal explosion in the wing severely crippled the aircraft. Suffered catastrophic damage to the wing section, which required a complete rebuild

Crashed after stalling while turning at for an evading manuver at low altitude during Red Flag exercise north of Nellis AFB, Nevada. Killed all six on board.

Damaged at New Castle County Airport during a severe storm along with C-130H #84-0208, 84-0211 and 84-0212

The nose of C-130H #84-0212 pushed under the tail of this C-130 during a tornado that hit New Castle County Airport. Also damaged was C-130H #84-0207 and #84-0211.

Damaged by tornado at New Castle County airport. Aircraft could not be repaired so was scrapped in March 2005. Also damaged was C-130H #84-0207, #84-0208 and #84-0212 which were all repaired.

The nose of this C-130H pushed under the tail of C-130H #84-0208 during a tornado that hit New Castle County Airport. Also damaged was C-130H #84-0211 which was the only C-130 involved that wasn't repaired.

Crashed shortly after take off from a forward operating location near Bande Sardeh Dam, Afghanistan. Sadly three Air Force and three Army personnel were killed. Seven did managed to survive.

Destroyed in Iraq when landed on a runway that was undergoing maintenance. A large section of the runway had been cut out. When the aircraft dropped into the pit it hit the other side and sheered a large chunk of the belly. Fortunately the entire crew survived.
27 Jun 2008 [ w/o] 86-412 86- 0412 USAF 95 AS C-130H Details
Emergency landing shortly after takeoff from Baghdad. Landed in an empty field with all four engines lost. On touchdown, two undercarriage leggs seperated and the other main gear forced up into the fuselage causing sevre damage to the floor. Entire crew survived. A USAF explosive team from the 447th AEG destroed the aircraft on July 7, 2008 after all usable parts were removed.
21 Mar 2001 [ act] 86-419 86- 0419 USAF 758 AS C-130H Details
Starboard undercarriage failed to deploy during approach to Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico. Starboard wing was damaged and fire broke out in number 4 engine. Aircraft attempted to land on foamed runway, but departed into the grass. Was repaired shortly after. Also reported as June 21st.
Unknown [ act] 86-391 86- 1391 USAF 154 TS C-130H Details
Damaged by flood water. Was in a hanger for an overhaul when the flood struck and water cascaded into the plane climbing up to engine intakes.
