Guard & Reservists provide surge support to Great Basin fires
A MAFFS-equipped C-130, assigned to the AFRC’s 302nd AW approaches the Power Line fire near Pocatello, Idaho on August 10, 2016. 'High Rollers' complete first MAFFS activation
USAF C-130H3 #93-7311, from 192nd AS is the first equipped with U.S. Forest Service's Modular Airborne Fire Fighting System arrived Thursday, Sept. 8, 2016, at the Nevada ANGB in Reno. The unit completed its first fire fighting mission as co-pilots augmented with the Air Expeditionary Group last week. The 152nd was picked to become a MAFFS unit in April. [ANG photo by TSgt.
