Flew into a mountain on a flight from Bagram AB to Kabul IAP, Afghanistan. All eight crew were killed.

Pilot, Major Baharin Mohamad and co-pilot Captain Annur Azri Iman Mohd Yusof aborted take-off and came to a stop with nose high sitting on skid pad. Fortunately no injuries reported. Although unconfirmed it appears the load shifted likely during rotation. Supports were put under the nose of the aircraft so it could be unloaded without shifting. Aircraft was easily repaired.

Nose gear collapsed during a 'touch-and-go' on the main runway at AFB Waterkloof, South Africa. One of the wheels separated from the nose gear and travelled under the belly causing considerable damage and possibly will not be repaired.

Structural damage in-flight resulted in a forced landing at Mazar-I-Sharif Airport, Afghanistan. Damaged beyond repair and wreckage was scrapped by the next month.

The wingtip struck the fin and probe of a KC-135 while taxying at Kadena AB.

Wheels up landing during a training exercise at RAF Brize Norton. Unconfirmed if could not get gear down or if the crew forgot to lower the gear. Crew of four were fine.

Landing accident at Sharana AB, Afghanistan caused considerable damage when the aircraft came down beside the runway. Propeller from engine four seperated from the aircraft and landing gear came up into the airframe. Unknown if will be repaired.

Tail strike at Thunder Bay, Ontario and repaired quickly on site by a mobile team from Cascade Aerospace.

Destroyed in a landing accident at Sana'a, Yemen.

The landing gear collapsed upon touchdown at Le Bourget.
