Based at Kabul AB, Afghanistan under the 373rd Fixed Wing Squadron. An arrival ceremony was held October 9, 2013 for the delivery of the first two aircraft. Full strength of C-130s comprise four former USAF C-130Hs. On June 16, 2014, the first all-Afghan C-130 mission was flown. Squadron flies along side 26 C-208B Grand Caravan aircraft.
