Derelict USAF C-130E #64-0539 (c/n 4029) was retired to be put on display at the 934 Airlift Wing at Minneapolis, Minnesota and photographed here on November 23, 2004. This airframe was nicknamed "FrankenHerk" after an April 1984 runway accident at Lajes, Azores. It was eventually repaired with the cockpit of 68-10946 that was damaged at Giebelstadt, Germany.
