RCAF CC-130H #130344 with POD used during open skies missions on November 3, 2011 in Brussels, Belgium. Mission Active OP 7-11 (25 October 2011 to November 9, 2011) was executed for observation flights over the territory of the Russian Federation during the period 30 October 2011 to November 4, 2011 in accordance with the Open Skies Treaty.
