Air Mobility Command has released the results of an accident investigation that examined what caused the Oct. 2, crash of C-130J-30 #08-3174 during a takeoff from Jalalabad Airfield, Afghanistan, which killed all 11 individuals onboard and three Afghan Special Reaction Force (ASRF) members on the ground.
