Emergency landing shortly after takeoff from Baghdad. Landed in an empty field with all four engines lost. On touchdown, two undercarriage leggs seperated and the other main gear forced up into the fuselage causing sevre damage to the floor. Entire crew survived. A USAF explosive team from the 447th AEG destroed the aircraft on July 7, 2008 after all usable parts were removed.

|
Damaged at Bamako, Mali, Africa on November 17th 2008. The aircraft was on a mission supporting CV-22s and while parked at a public airport, jet blast from a commercial airliner taxiing caused damage to the tail. Repairs were completed by November 20th and aircraft headed home the same day. Need to confirm exact date of loss.
