Left wing was damaged by a crane that was chaning an engine on an aircraft parked next to this one. Was used for spare parts till depot level maintanence determined the aircraft could be repaired.

Hit by insurgent fire which caused a fire and explosion in the right wing fuel tank during take-off from Baghdad AP, Iraq killing all 10 on board.

Written off when crashed into a ridge near Rovie, Albania while on joint night training mission with Albanian military. 9 crew killed. Official report of crash blames pilot's lack of situational awareness, putting aircraft into too low a climb taking terrain into account. Navigator warned pilot of impending ridge but pilot set aircraft to climb at reduced power setting, when ridge could not be cleared over, aircraft had to turn sharply and stalled.
