Air Force Airmen from the 37th and 59th Air Wing unload hospital patients from C-130E 62-1852 at Lackland AFB, Texas on September 12, 2008 that were evacuated from Beaumont, Texas. These patients were transported by a combined effort from the Little Rock AFB C-130 aircraft and crews and the 908th Aero medical Evacuation Squadron, Scott AFB, Illinios in preparation for Hurricane Ike's landfall in southern Texas.
