This aircraft did not have 4 underwing tanks. The outboard pods are refueling pods. This photo was taken at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, 1550CCTW. 211 crashed April 16 1986 south of Albuquerque in an area near Magdalena NM in a gorge during a low level training mission. The left wing broke off inboard of the the #1 engine and the aircraft rolled and impacted the ground. All 11 crew members on board were killed.
