USAF Captain Jeff Burrell, Officer in Charge of Logistics Plans and Cargo Movement, from Headquarters United States Air Forces Europe, Logistics Branch, Ramstein AB, Germany, marshalls in C-130E #64-17681 Keen Sage, aerial assessment aircraft, that allows the Air Force to provide needed color video imagery of the flood damaged roads and lines of communication, to the Government of Mozambique, Africa on 16 March 2000.
