MC-130P serial 69-5828

Anybody have an idea of this aircraft's status? The lat known operator was Det 1 1st SOG at Hurlburt. It had apparently been stored in Greenville, SC but a friend of mine photographed it at Maxton Laurinberg Airport, North Carolina last week.

Could be at 130SOS but last month USAF said it was assigned to the 1 SOW at Hurlburt?
