Still sick over this.. EOR him before he took off in 80-478. Used to get chips and a Mountain Dew after a mission. I was a Buck Sgt at the time. Now retired MSgt after 26 years. Still in pain.

I still think about Ronzo almost every day. We worked together in my garage building oak wall units for our homes and always enjoyed playing our guitars together. A brother of B Flight, 430th TFS. I "picked you up" from Edwards AFB in California and delivered you to Yvonne, the kids, and your mom at the Air Force Academy.
Havin' our 40th HS reunion this weekend and certainly will include Ron in our Memorial section (sadly). We have some great photos courtesy of son, Chris along with a lovely tribute from him as well.
. . . such enormous potential on top of the great things he already had accomplished in his too short of life.

@Chris. I remember your shirt from your dad. It read" My Dad Flys F-16's.
I was stationed at Nellis and was assigned to the 430th TFS working in Life Support at the time. Your dad was "SuperKool"
