First received the C-130E in July of 1970 at Willow Grove Air Reserve Station, Pennsylvania as the 327th Tactical Airlift Squadron. Disbanded on September 30, 2007 but later reactivated again on July 13, 2014 at Little Rock AFB, Arkansas. Teaches Phase 2, tactical flying, for the H model C-130s.
