Retired and partially disassembled Air Force C-130 Hercules cargo aircraft arrives at Joint Base San Antonio-Camp Bullis March 2 after a 4-hour transport from JBSA-Lackland. The move took the C-130 across two major highways and was successfully accomplished through the combined efforts of 502nd Trainer Development Squadron members from JBSA-Randolph, 502nd Security Forces Squadron members at JBSA-Lackland, San Antonio Police and local volunteers, and contractor World Wide Aircraft Recovery. A training airframe C-130 is moved through the streets of San Antonio from Kelly Field to Camp Bullis, Texas. Aircraft was C-130E #64-0510 (c/n 3994), a former Air National Guard Hercules that last served with the 198th Airlift Squadron based out of Puerto Rico.
