on 2023-May-15 23:55:46 mike921921 said Damage caused by Radar Shop personnel failing to de-energize (per the T.O.) breaker panel, then dropping a wrench which shorted the DC bus and subsequently lit off the adjacent LOX line. Aircraft later repaired ~$5M USD.
