New here so I apologize if I'm in the wrong part of the forum . . .
After my father-in-law died, we found a stack of photos he'd taken in Vietnam between '68-'69. One of them featured a camo'd C-130(B?) loading up with people. I'm 90% sure the tail code is QG-957 (or perhaps 967 -- it's a little grainy). Best I can tell from research here is that it was a from the 773d TAS, based out of Clark. Is it possible to learn any more about this particular airframe? I can't seem to find a resource where I can look up individual tail code numbers. I'm interested in any data regarding its service time, locations, and its ultimate fate if it's not still around.
If not here, is there a more complete database elsewhere
Thank you for any help

Wow, thank you all so much! This is a great page of notes to attach to my father-in-law's timeline in Vietnam. We are lucky that he'd taken so many pictures of daily life and military hardware from his tour.
If there are any databases needing a reference photo for this airframe, please let me know what I can do. Here's a picture of the original photo that I've tried to clean up.
