SOB's! :-x
One more to add to everything the Russian's have been doing against civilians.

Sorry for my harsh words, but a good Russian is a dead Russian (at least those who support and fight this war)!
“Active stealth” is what the ignorant nay sayers call ECM and pretend like it’s new.

Putin signed the deal:

All heroes of the special military operation. They are heroes.
They are heroes of the great Russia.

People from Kherson, DPR, LPR and Zaporizhzhia become our citizens, forever.

Russia is a great country, and it's a great civilisation and it's not going to continue to live under these false rules.
Back in 1991 the West believed that the USSR will not come back, or Russia will not come back, from that blow.
And we had awful 1990s but Russia withstood that and became more powerful and took its deserved place.
But the West is looking new opportunities to hit us and they always dreamt about breaking our state into smaller states who will be fighting against each other.
They are just taking us for fools.

The destruction of this Western hegemony is irreversible, the world will never be the same.
And we are called by this history, by our faith to fight for historic Russia.
For great, historic Russia, for future gfenerations, for our children and grandchildren we need to protect them from these experiments which aimed to break their soul and their consciousness.
We are fighting for our culture, for our language so that it's impossible to cancel it and remove it from history.

Putin's entire thesis in a few short sentences. Revanchism, historical determinism, egomaniac, inferiority complex, victimhood rolled into one.

Never thought I'd say this. I believe it's becoming more and more likely that Putin will use tactical nukes. Hopefully some part of the Russian military or security apparatus will take him out.

The chance is non-zero, but close to zero. They are all corrupt cowards, unwilling to take responsibilities, let alone to risk their own skins.

These guys are going to go nuclear to fight a decisive battle against the West? Sure. 8)

First Deputy Head of the Kherson Region’s Military-Civilian Administration (MCA) Alexey Katerinichev was assassinated as a result of a surgical strike from a HIMARS multiple rocket launcher, the administration’s Deputy Head Kirill Stremousov said on Friday.

"Katerinichev was killed as a result of a surgical strike delivered by a HIMARS multiple rocket launcher. Two rockets hit the house where he lived," Stremousov said.

Ukraine received M30A1 GMLS rounds for HIMARS/M270.

M30A1 round is being implemented to limit duds by replacing the smaller explosives with 180,000 tungsten steel bee-bee-sized balls. “This particular round will be effective against light skinned vehicles and personnel,”

Girkin's comment:

So - why the departure from the Lyman was not provided in advance with sufficient forces to hold the "corridor" and cover the departure - I have no answer to that. Therefore, I cannot completely reject the thesis of respectable Andrey "Murz" about betrayal.

I sincerely hope that our units that have been encircled in the Lyman (there are, in general, a few of them - both in number [of units] and in number [of men]) will be quickly unblocked and successfully withdrawn. Otherwise, a relatively insignificant operational and tactical defeat will turn into a colossal moral blow to our army and, conversely, into a huge moral success for the AFU.

Now Drobysheve is under UKR control.

Abandoned BMP-2M with the 'bear paw' marking of the newly formed 3rd Army Corps (3AK).

RUS comment about 3AK:

this army corps turned out to be a crowd of untrained people with the latest technology, which they practically do not know how to control. They are also very angry now, because their short-term contracts have become indefinite, and some also do not receive the required payments.

Edit: someone said 3AK sign is a circle in inverted triangle. The 'bear paw' indicates 21st MRB and volunteer cossack battalion/brigade "Don". I don't know.

"its a slaughter"

Lot of people on foot, some running down the road, some trying to make their way through the forest to the south of the road. A half-a-dozen Russians came into the woods where we were in a hide to catch our breath and eat, they almost ran into us, but as usual, were moving fast and talking. We cut them down before they knew what was happening. They had little ammo, no med kits, very little food, and no info at all on them except for their phones and some family stuff. Trying to get intel off stiffs here is a very disappointing exercise.

The road has been mined by artillery laydown, not all that accurate, but accurate enough to create bottlenecks, which creates a free-fire zone.

I came away shaking like a leaf, not scared, just wired and sick of killing people.

It is still going on. We had to back out to try to get resupplied. Artillery is going over our heads. We have to try to sleep, get ammo, and get back up there.

then it became just killing people. I wish I knew what was going on toward Lyman. I think we will move (direction) and connect with an armored group, get some kit, and head back to (direction) of Kreminna.

Entrance to Lyman from northwest. No sound of fighting.

https://liveuamap.com/en/2022/1-october ... ered-lyman

Yesterday there was a video of a UKR soldier calmly standing on the broken bridge at the southeast entrance to Lyman.

RUS source claims:

BARS-13 has been withdrawn to Kreminna.
The road to Lyman is still under RUS control.
A 'huge' counter-offensive is coming with aviation support.

+

Lyman was captured by RUS on May 27.

+

The RUS response in the past some twenty days is confusing. The attention to outflank and encircle Lyman is obvious. It is a railroad junction but useless to RUS for the time being. If they want to use Lyman as a stronghold to tie down and grind UKR forces, then why retreat mere days after the formation of the 'operational encirclement'? They should hold the ground and wait for the relief, turning the table. But the relief seems arrived too late, only to cover the retreat, which they could have done weeks ago in order. Nothing makes sense.

+

UKR entered Zarichne. RUS blew up the bridge at Torske.

+

UKR soldiers leisurely observed a crashed RUS truck on the broken bridge, indicating that RUS were long gone. Run away again.

+

A captured TMM-3m2 bridge was deployed in the battle of Izyum.

+

This is quick. Today's Rybar map cleared Lyman to blue. Blue all the way north to almost Andriivka.

+

Russian MoD:

Russian troops have pulled out of the city of Lyman in eastern Ukraine "in connection with the creation of a threat of encirclement".

That was due to some plane crash near the Belbek airfield. RUS says.

+

Another civilian convoy was hit near Kupyansk. 20 dead, including 10 children.

+

RUS speculating about where the hammer will fall after Lyman. Kreminna - Rubezhne or Svatove - Starobelsk?

The situation can only be reversed by the introduction of full-fledged combat-ready reserves.

We came out of the encirclement and now occupied the defense of Kreminna and the road from Kreminna to Lyman.

I hope that there is no one left in the encirclement, but I can't say for sure. There was a big mess and a hodgepodge of units. We brought with us Luhansk [mobiks], fighters of the BARS-15 and a certain number of federals [RU regulars]. But there were many other units.

The main task now is to prevent the enemy from advancing further, in the direction of Rubezhne and Severodonetsk.

Prigozhin, Kadyrov, Rybar et al. railed against the 'talentless' commander of the Central Military District, Colonel-General Alexander Lapin, and RUS regular in general.

France has given 18 Caesar, 25% of what the French Army had. Now, France is negotiating with Demark about tranferring 6 - 12 SPG, part of 19 originally ordered by Demark in 2017-2019, to Ukraine.

+

The regular stupid RUS repeat the old lines: this is no big deal. Everything is fine. We killed ten times more and retreated successfully. Lure them into a trap and kill them all.

Ukrainains attack hard on north, they have many personnel and vehicles, on some sections of frontline they have success. They breakthrough watermellon, we slightly withdrew, we have tough showdown here. The road completely under their artillery control.

Ukrainian humor. :D

We thank the “Ministry of Defense” of Russia for successful cooperation in organizing the "Izyum 2.0" exercise. Almost all russian troops deployed to Lyman were successfully redeployed either into body bags or into Ukrainian captivity. We have one question for you: Would you like a repeat?

Destroyed RUS vehicles in Lyman. And the submerged T-90A mentioned previously.

+

Another summary of Putin's rant against the West:

The West is greedy and seeks to enslave and colonize other nations, like Russia.

The West uses the power of finance and technology to enforce its will on other nations. To collect what he calls the "hegemon's tax". To this end the West destabilizes countries, creates terrorist enclaves and most of all seeks to deprive other countries of sovereignty.

It is this "avarice" and desire to preserve its power that is the reason for the "hybrid war" the collective West is "waging on Russia". They want us to be a "colony". They do not want us to be free, they want Russians to be a mob of soulless slaves - direct quote.

The rules-based order the West goes on about is "nonsense". Who made these rules? Who agreed to them? Russia is an ancient country and civilization and we will not play by these "rigged" rules. The West has no moral authority to challenge the referendums because it has violated the borders of other countries. Western elites are "totalitarian, despotic and apartheidist" - direct quote. They are racist against Russia and other countries and nations. "Russophobia is racism". They discriminate by calling themselves the "civilized world".

They colonized, started the global slave trade, genocide native Americans, pillaged India and Africa, forced China to buy opium through war. We, on the other hand, are proud that we "led" the anti-colonial movement that helped countries develop to reduce poverty and inequality.

They are Russophobe (they hate us) because we didn't allow our country to be pillaged by creating a strong CENTRALISED (emphasis his) state based on Christianity, Islam, Judaism and Buddhism. They have been trying to destabilize our country since the 17thcentury in the Times of Trouble.

Eventually, they managed to "get their hands on our riches" at the end of the 20th century. They called us friends and partners while pumping out trillions of dollars (his ironic game is strong today).

We remember this. We didn't forget. The West claims to bring freedom and democracy to other countries but it's the exact opposite of the truth. The unipolar world is anti-democratic by its very nature. It is a lie. They used nuclear weapons, creating a precedent. They flattened German cities without "any military need to do so". There was no need for this except to scare us and the rest of the world. Korea, Vietnam. To this day they "occupy" Japan, South Korea and Germany and other countries while cynically calling them "allies".

The West has surveillance over the leaders of these nations who "swallow these insults like the slaves they are".
He then talks about bioweapon research (haven't heard about them for a while) and human experiments "including in Ukraine".

The US rules the world by the power of the fist. Any country which seeks to challenge Western hegemony becomes an enemy. Their neocolonialism is cloaked in lies like "containment" of Russia, China and Iran. The concept of truth has been destroyed with fakes and extreme propaganda (irony game still strong).

You cannot feed your people with printed dollars and social media. You need food and energy. But Western elites have no desire to find a solution to the food and energy crises they (emphasis his) created.

They solved the problems at the start of 20c with WW1 and the US established dominance of the world via the dollar as a result of WW2. In the 80s they had another crisis they solved by "plundering our country". Now they want to solve their problems by "breaking Russia".

Russia "understands its responsibility to the international community" and will "do everything to cool the heads of these neocolonialism who are destined to fail".

They're crazy. I want to speak to all Russian citizens; do we want to replace mum and dad with parent 1 and 2?

They invented genders and claim you can "transition". Do we want this for our children?

We have a different vision.

They have abandoned religion and embraced Satanism - direct quote.

The world is going through a revolutionary transformation. A multipolar world offers nations freedom to develop as they wish and they make up the majority of the world.

We have many like-minded friends in Western countries. We see and appreciate their support. They are forming liberation, anti-colonial movements as we speak - direct quote. These will only grow.

We are fighting for a fair world for our country. The idea of exceptionalism is criminal and we must turn this shameful page. The breaking of the West's hegemony is INEVITABLE (emphasis his).

There is no going back. We are fighting for our "great (as in big), historic Russia". Our values are (irony game crescendo): love of our fellow man, compassion and mercy.

Truth is with us; Russia is with us.

Imperialism masked as anti-colonialism. Closely reminiscent of Imperial Japan's Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere during the WW2. The worst thing can happen to a country is this kind of 'help'. I hate this man and his ideology.

+

T-72B3 in tow.

+

Lighter note. The Journalist Lu, mentioned previously, literally pissed his pants under fire in Donbas. He said that was not the case. He was having a heatstroke, and the Russians splashed some water to cool him down. Anyway, he will be forever known as Lu peepants on the Chinese internet. On Oct 1, he still said RUS held Lyman, they did not retreat, fighting hard and killing 4,000 UKR militants. The foremost comment to his article was: buy diapers, adult ones.

RUS sources are having some kind of meltdown: UKR armor breakthrough along the western bank of Dnieper river, advancing 20 km today close to Dudchany.

Also UKR entered Nevske, Luhansk. It seems that they are capable of conducting two offensive operations simultaneously.

+

Searched Nevske. Found this:

https://meduza.io/en/feature/2022/05/02 ... nt-to-live

+

Rumor: RUS abandoned Novodruzhesk, the city in the midway between Kremmina and Lysychansk.

If true, that will be the third direction of attack.

+

Girkin: "We need to prepare for urban battles"

+

Rumor about the 4th attack direction:

Ukrainian forces have broken out from the Kupyansk bridgehead and have been moving deep into Russian-occupied territory. Russian troops try to establish a defense perimeter but Ukrainian forces already engage Russian troops in Orlyanske and Mykolaivka.

Orlianska and Mykolaivka are some 20 km east.

+

The rumor about the Kherson front is getting wild:

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have broken through the line of defense to the settlement of Dudchany and are trying to break through to the settlement of Berislav.

That is 7 km from the Dam.
