Unbelievable how many COIN airframes are using this design.
Few of them actually make it into the air, but it's interesting to me how well the Bronco's airframe fits the bill. Two engines, plenty of room for internal fuel and/or cargo (including, paratroopers!). But boy, that has to be a tight fit. I've seen medivac, a fuel bladder and other interesting things stuffed inside of it. Room for all kinds of air to ground weaponry, and even a limited air to air self protection capability. The big breakthrough IMO were the guided Zuni like rockets, although you still have to get pretty close to use those.
I hope they beef up its ability to take hits or even better, hit targets from further away.
