An internal explosion in the wing severely crippled the aircraft. Suffered catastrophic damage to the wing section, which required a complete rebuild

Suffered a classified as C category mishap while taxiing after landing at Resolute Bay airfield , Nunavut. Aircraft struck a light pole and then a storage shed. Brought to a stop an assessment was quickly made, but found that damage was done and already clear, so proceeded to parking spot. Damage was only to the outer two feet of the left wing and easily repaired.

Ground mishap at Point Mugu at 12:32pm when the aircraft rolled forward unexpectedly and impacted a ground power unit.
21 Apr 2015 [ w/o] 09-710 09- 5710 USAF 413 FLTS AC-130J Details
On 21 April 2015, at approximately 12:18hrs local time, departed controlled flight over water approximately 41NM south of Eglin AFB and then was recovered and landed safely. There were no significant injuries to the crew. Post-flight engineering analysis revealed that aircraft exceeded the Design Limit Load thus rendering it unsafe for further flight. The damages are estimated to be $115,600,000, which includes the total loss.

Crashed in a residential neighborhood of the city of Medan in North Sumatra. Reports indicate over 130 people have been killed.

Damaged by brake fire in the right hand main landing gear at Baghdad International Airport, Iraq. No injuries. Damaged beyond repair.
02 Oct 2015 [ w/o] 08-174 08- 3174 USAF 39 AS C-130J-30 Details
Crashed during takeoff from Jalalabad Airfield, Afghanistan, which killed all 11 individuals onboard and three Afghan Special Reaction Force (ASRF) members on the ground.
04 Oct 2015 [ act] 5-8527 IRIAF 5 ATS C-130H Details
While parked, left wing was struck by the wing of a Zagros Airlines Airbus A320 at Tehran-Mehrabad Airport, Iran. Easily repaired.
