Wrecked during a night time touch-and-go landing.

Crashed into homes while carrying soldiers and their families. Loss of life still needs to be determined, but was around 100 individuals.

Collided with AH-1W Super Cobra in the waters near San Diego. The Cobra was serial 164596 and was from HMLA-469. Seven on board the C-130 and two on board the Cobra. No survivors on either aircraft.

Crashed shortly after a touch-and-go at Galileo Galilei Airport, Italy. All five crew were killed.
