96-1005 crash lands at Minneapolis/St. Paul IAP after routine training missing. Airmen from the 133d AW spent 3 hours attempting to lower starboard side landing gear. 15 seconds after touchdown, starboard side MLG collapsed causing A/C to veer to the right causing a prop strike on the No. 3 & No. 4 engine, as well as outer wing damage. All 4 crew members survived w/o injury. A/C was repaired.
01 Jun 2004 [ act] 164996 USNavy VR-62 C-130T Details
Storm hit NAS Fort Worth, Texas damaging this aircraft plus KC-130 165000 and an EA-6B. Aircraft was knocked up onto its side with a wingtip on the ground causing damage to the wing tank and propellors. Aircraft was repaired using a wing from C-130E #64-0514 and then transfered to VR-64.
01 Jun 2004 [ act] 165000 USMC VMGR-234 KC-130T Details
Storm hit NAS Fort Worth, Texas damaging this aircraft plus C-130T 164996 and an EA-6B. Aircraft was knocked up onto its port side with a wingtip on the ground causing damage to the refueling pod on that wing and its pylon. Aircraft was not heavily damaged and was repaired quickly.

Ran off the runway at Kabul AP, Afghanistan and thought to be because of brake failure. No injuries were reported.
28 Sep 2004 [ act] 84-207 84- 0207 USAF 142 AS C-130H Details
Damaged at New Castle County Airport during a severe storm along with C-130H #84-0208, 84-0211 and 84-0212
28 Sep 2004 [ act] 84-208 84- 0208 USAF 142 AS C-130H Details
The nose of C-130H #84-0212 pushed under the tail of this C-130 during a tornado that hit New Castle County Airport. Also damaged was C-130H #84-0207 and #84-0211.
28 Sep 2004 [ w/o] 84-211 84- 0211 USAF 142 AS C-130H Details
Damaged by tornado at New Castle County airport. Aircraft could not be repaired so was scrapped in March 2005. Also damaged was C-130H #84-0207, #84-0208 and #84-0212 which were all repaired.
28 Sep 2004 [ act] 84-212 84- 0212 USAF 142 AS C-130H Details
The nose of this C-130H pushed under the tail of C-130H #84-0208 during a tornado that hit New Castle County Airport. Also damaged was C-130H #84-0211 which was the only C-130 involved that wasn't repaired.
Oct 2004 [ act] 402 SAAF 28 sqn C-130B Details
The aircraft was damaged during a taxi exercise testing a new braking system at OR Tambo IAP. Was put into storage till at least 2008 for repairs as damages were substantial.
29 Dec 2004 [ w/o] 85-012 85- 0012 USAF 15 SOS MC-130H Details
Destroyed in Iraq when landed on a runway that was undergoing maintenance. A large section of the runway had been cut out. When the aircraft dropped into the pit it hit the other side and sheered a large chunk of the belly. Fortunately the entire crew survived.
