nose wheel collapsed on landing at RAF Lyneham.

Wrecked in a non-fatal landing accident at Tandil, Argentina. Aircraft nose was where most damage was located and was considered repairable but never was. Aircraft was stripped for spare parts and was struck off charge on December 31, 1999. Also said to have occurred on May 15th.

Crashed onto the runway after multiple bird strikes at Eindhoven AB, The Netherlands. Impact by birds knocked out three of the engines. 38 people on board of which 34 were part of the Dutch Army Fanfare Band. Nine burned surviors were rescued but two died later.

Flew into Sleeping Indian mountains, Wyoming while on a presidential support mision. Crew of nine were killed.

Written-off after an exceptionally hard landing at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
22 Nov 1996 [ w/o] 64-856 64- 14856 USAF 304 RQS HC-130P Details
Crashed into the Pacific Ocean, west of Eureka, California after the aircraft ran out of fuel killing ten crew, but one survivor.
