Crashed on landing at Jamba, Angola. Few details known about this mishap. The aircraft was named the Grey Ghost, not actually named on the aircraft, but nick name due to the plane slate colored paint scheme. It has been stated, not confirmed that this is proof that Tepper was flying CIA missions to support UNITA (National Union for the Total Independence of Angola - Portuguese: Uniao Nacional para a Independencia Total de Angola). At minimum, five on board were killed.
