Crash after take-off only 2 miles North East of RCAF Station Trenton, Ontario after over 20 previous take-off's and landings for training. It has been speculated possibly due to elevator trim failure. Official report blames the left yoke trim switch failure due to design issues leading it to get stuck or seize in the nose down attitude. Pilot failed to take corrective actions to counter the change it attitude in enough time for a safe recovery. All six onboard were killed.
