JATO bottle broke loose during a take-off run at Dome Charlie Antarctica. Was repaired on site and flew out on December 25, 1976.

Crash at Dome Charlie, Antarctica. Aircraft was repaired on site and flown out on December 26, 1976.

Nose ski was dipped down at the front during landing, caught the snow damaging the ski, nose gear, starboard ski and flap. Location of the mishap was Willy Field, Antartica and no injuries resulted with the aircraft returning to flying status shortly after. Date of loss is unknown, reportedly 1992 or 1993.

Force landed at Care Four, Antarctica after two JATO bottle came off and struck the aircraft. The ten man crew were uninjured but had to live in survival shelters for 80 hours until the weather improve enough to allow a rescue. It had been buried in the snow for 17 years before repairs began.

Nose ski broke on a take-off run and went through the bottom of aircraft from Dome Charlie. Repaired on site and flown out.

Written off following damage from in-flight fire as a result of an electrical failure in a wing fuel tank. The fire was out by the time the aircraft crash landed in a farmers field, but the damage to the aircraft was enough that it couldn't be repaired.
