Flew into mountainous terrain while on approach to Shamsi, Pakistan due to navigational errors. All seven crew on board perished.
18 May 1969 [ w/o] 149814 USMC VMGR-152 KC-130F Details
Collided head-on with F-4B 151001 while refuelling another F-4B 151450 and another F-4B (that landed safely) over South Vietnam near Khe Sahn. All six on board the C-130 were killed. The head on crew in the F-4B from VMFA-542 were also killed, while the refueling F-4B from VMFA-314 crew ejected.

Crash after engines failed during a touch-and-go landing at Twenty-nine Palms, California. Two engines had fuel starvation resulting in the crash, but fortunately the crew survived.
After investigation it was determined that all boost pumps were shut off and the wrong engine(s) were shut down.
24 Aug 1965 [ w/o] 149802 USMC VMGR-152 KC-130F Details
Port wing hit seawall after veered off runway on take-off from Hong Kong on its way to Da Nang, Vietnam. The number one engine was only operating on partial power but decision was made to take-off any way. The aircraft was returning Marines to Vietnam after a leave for some rest. At the time the aircraft had 65 passengers and 6 crew but only twelve people survived.

Crash into the sea 65 kilometers east of Dong Hoi, North Vietnam after being damaged. The aircraft and crew of six were lost without any trace.
30 Nov 1971 [ w/o] 149810 USMC VMGR-252 KC-130F Details
Destroyed by fire on ground while being filled with liquid oxygen at Lake City, Florida. Some sources say this happened January 15, 1972.
10 Feb 1968 [ w/o] 149813 USMC VMGR-152 KC-130F Details
Crash landed on runway after ground fire set fuel bladder on fire at Khe Sanh, South Vietnam. A bullet also struck the cockpit and one of the engines caught fire. A camera caught the action as it happened and the aircraft blew on touchdown. Of the eleven on board, only 3 survived.
30 Jul 1970 [ w/o] 150685 USMC VMGR-352 KC-130F Details
Crash during maximum effort landing attempt at MCAS El Toro. Aircraft impacted hard and wings broken and fuselage rolling. Five aircrew on board. Pilot, co-pilot, flight mechanic, and flight instructor died in crash. Only the flight engineer survived.
01 Jun 2004 [ act] 165000 USMC VMGR-234 KC-130T Details
Storm hit NAS Fort Worth, Texas damaging this aircraft plus C-130T 164996 and an EA-6B. Aircraft was knocked up onto its port side with a wingtip on the ground causing damage to the refueling pod on that wing and its pylon. Aircraft was not heavily damaged and was repaired quickly.

The wingtip struck the fin and probe of a KC-135 while taxying at Kadena AB.

Crashed at approximately 16:00hrs CDT about 85 miles North of Jackson, claiming the lives of 16 service members.
05 Dec 2018 [ w/o] 167981 USMC VMGR-152 KC-130J Details
USMC F/A-18 Hornet and KC-130J collided mid-air and crashed into the Pacific Ocean south of Muroto Cape on Shikoku Island, according to Japan's Defense Ministry. Five Marines were aboard.
