    The PR ANG recently received WC-130H #64-14861 from the hands of Tennessee's Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. Terry M. Haston, in an effort to maintain a younger and modern fleet that fits the federal and state missions. During a humorous ceremony, Haston, handed over "the keys" of the aircraft to Col.
