and then the FBW super drouge will be creating it's own turbulence that the fighter needs to deal with, then the super drogue need to contend with the fighters bow wave and slipstream as it attempts to initiate multiple points of contact.

That seems like a huge bother and liability when you can instead combine drones whose function is to carry weapons + off-board targeting. Instead of re-arming the fighter/bomber, you launch a mule/caddy that will bring more weapons to the fight. There are times when a warplane might need to use its weapons *right now* or without emitting to the missile caddy which is why you want to carry some on-board but I wonder how much of a problem that's likely to be vs the problems associated with transferring weapons between two flying aircraft.
