Feel free to discuss anything here - as long as it is C-130 related.

Hi

I have a project to study a wing modification for the C-130j. I would like to 3D scan the aircraft inside a hanger. Additionally I need to take detail scans of the wingtip both attached and detached.

I would also be looking for taking a wing end from a salvage yard.

Is there anyone on the forum that can help me or point me in the right direction

All the very best Andy

You might reach out to the Univ of Dayton Research Institute (UDRI), they have a complete C-130H sitting in their parking lot outside in Dayton for some govt contract work with 3D printing and other stuff.
