C-130 Conversion to Aerial Refueling Tankers

Hello !

can anyone tell me how long does it takes to transform a conventional c-130 into a aerial refueling tanker ?

Scoot, there is a TCTO that sets out the basic guidelines for this conversion, although it was issued for a specific Air Force. Lots of additional manifolds, valves, wiring etc must be added. It is a major mod and the time required for implementation are ruled by parts availability and labor skill and availability.
This conversion would require US Dep. of State approval under ITAR.
