anti skid c130b ac

dear sir need to know
one wheel of c130b ac( Lt Rear) can lock whereas antskid is working in other 3 wheels?
finally fault is found in antskid valve.Also need to know reason of antiskid valve defect.Answer pls

There could be many reasons for defective anti-skid valve. Replace valve & send defective one out for overhaul.
