Sir in 61-0962 LM3647 S3AGC aircraft. .Air does not come from flight Deck air condition system during ground idle position of eng when master s/w in auto pressure; and air condition master S/W in gtc psn during gtc run.but in other psn ops normal.1: is it the problem of flow control shut off valve? 2: or any ground adjustment in flow cont shut off valve?if so how?pl answer me.

Is this in Low Speed Ground Idle all engines ?
