Last Civilian C-130 (except the LM100J)

It's great to see the J-model in the civilian market. How many years was it that the last civilian Hercules was rolled out or delivered? And which one was it?

It looks like LAC 5320 .It was bought by the Canadian AF, however,and later converted to a C-130H-30 . Delivery was May of 1993.
