64-17681 RS Call sign "Herky"

I was driving down Kolb in Tucson by the bone yard and noticed the RS tail 64-17681 and began to remember her from when I was stationed there and then decomissioned in 2008. I remember the 86 AW CC at the time was Gen Bender and the fini flight crew who flew it before it was replaced by the J. Brought back good memories.
