How many seconds is the landing gear taking during operation?
First step is to check the mechanical binding of the gear (lubed properly, binding shoes, worn ball screws, etc)
Next check the landing gear motor components.
If it is only the right landing gear being slow, check the flow regulators (they should be free flow towards the motor, regulated flow away from the motor) you can swap them if you are only having slow extension and see if you problem goes to the retraction side.
If regulators are good, check the motor for bypassing.
This would be were I would start with this
