I do not know the name of the incident that airmen loaded a live cruise missile.
I am looking for information on this. Nothing secret. Just what the press said what went wrong and what USAF did to the Generals and underlings down to Airmen being disciplined or demoted.
My question is, what exactly happened?
How can a cruise missile be armed without the final segment that allows the A bomb to go Supercritical?
Arent these parts stored in something called a birdcage on a BUFF?
Arent these parts held by the DOE and installed during a state of war?
I have dozens of questions. I dont want to know secrets, which I already found out.
I kept my mouth shut here about black projects.

Thanks for the urls! 65 Airmen were demoted from working with Nuclear Weapons.
Do B-52 nuclear bombers still use the birdcage system they used in the 1960's?

They use a doo-hickey that's connected to a dickfer.
Q: What's a dickfer?
A: To pee with!
I don't think you're going to get much leeway on this topic. "Nuke-U-ler Weppins", and any of their associated components are classified. What you can learn on the internet (away from this website) is your business. Have a ball. But here, Big Brother is very real, and he's always watching you...
