So I assume this is recent?

If so, its amazing to see two aircraft that old still flying. Not just still flying, but in the case of the F-15 still in some front line units. They are both capable aircraft and if I'm not mistaken even elderly F-15C's flying have received powerful new radars etc. to keep them competitive. The F-5E was always a favorite due to its clean lines, crisp handling and of course its chief attribute in WVR dogfights - small size.

An F-15 pilot told me once that, "If a clean F-5E is diving on you... you won't see it until it's way, way too late. They can see us coming a mile away, but I wouldn't trade this jet for anything". He loved his mount, but had a lot of respect for the F-5's he flew against and of course, its pilots..
