How difficult to detect AESA and LPI radars?

Great story!
I can also recall reading accounts of Victor Blenko's Mig-25 radar being able to "fry a rabbit at 100 yards", or some such claim. Wouldn't doubt it. It makes me wonder about the SU-35's PESA, and staggering claims of its radar's power...
