A collapse of moral is always possible. If we do have a war that is always a hope, but not something we can count on. We do get reports of poor moral, from defectors. the whole country is hungry, even the soldiers. The last defector was loaded with parasites, a sigh of poor medical care, nutrition, and unclean conditions. We know they don't have large scale combat maneuvers. They suffer many shortages.

Most importantly we really don't know what is going on in the minds of the people, and more importunately the army. Do the troops know what the United States has done to the armies it's fought in the last 30 years? We probably wont know one way or the other unless there's a war.
