24 may 1969 [msh] 54-629 usaf 16 sos 'ft' ac-130a

i was on flight line delivery for 408th mms call "cobra five" and witnessed the aircraft in said account as i drove on inactive parallel taxiway. the ac-130 crashed and burned which after all ammunition cooked off. this closed ubon's active runway as best i can recall just under two hours.
